While we have endeavoured to hold the rates flat over the last couple of years, focusing on cutting costs, we must now respond to the increasing supplier costs and therefore require a modest increase of 1% on all rate classifications.
We will continue to be critical and watchful on spending and will explore cost cutting efficiencies wherever possible on behalf of and in the best interests of our members.
